Discovery Call + Consultation
We start with an initial call to discuss your landscaping and outdoor living goals for the project. We’ll schedule an initial consultation and meet in person, so we can help cast a vision for your space.
Onsite Visit
An in-person meeting helps understand the vision and functional requirements for the landscape. While on site, we assess the site’s existing conditions, including soil, topography, and surrounding neighborhood.
Draft Design + Proposal
After meeting, along with your proposal, we present conceptual designs based on your goals and our site analysis. This might include sketches, mood boards, or basic layouts. After your review, we gather your feedback to refine the design direction.
Material & Layout Visit
To ensure your satisfaction with your project, we visit your property again to deliver materials beside your home. We often lay out the job in spray paint for approval or further refinement.
Installation
From beginning to end, our construction process ensures that we adhere to design, timeline, and budget. We communicate and keep homeowners informed about progress daily and weekly.
Final Walkthrough + Maintenance
Conduct a final walk-through with the client to ensure all elements are completed to satisfaction. We will discuss your maintenance plan and provide care instructions for plants, lighting, other features
